No Printer? Upload Your Documents and We'll Print Them

Blog /

Fewer people keep a printer at home these days, and vacation rentals rarely have one. That's why Notary Java offers a simple fix. Send us your documents and we'll print them for your appointment.

How It Works

  1. Find the Upload Document Now (Send Documents) button on our website in the contact section.
  2. Upload your file, such as a PDF or Word document, along with any instructions.
  3. Call or text 207-808-0550 to book your appointment, if you haven't already.
  4. We arrive with printed copies ready to sign.

Prefer email? Send files to SigningService@NotaryJava.com. That inbox is for sending documents only, so please call or text to schedule.

What We Commonly Print

  • Powers of attorney and affidavits
  • Travel consent letters and DS-3053 passport consent forms
  • Loan and closing packages from title offices and lenders
  • Business documents headed for an apostille
  • FD-1164 fingerprint cards on plain paper, when the FBI form allows it

Tell Us About Special Instructions

Some documents have particular printing rules, so let us know:

  • Paper size. Letter or legal.
  • Single-sided vs double-sided.
  • Number of copies.
  • Color requirements, if any.
  • Page order or pages to leave out.

Closing offices usually include printing instructions with loan packages, and we follow them exactly.

Don't Sign Before We Arrive

If you've printed something yourself, please don't sign it ahead of time. For acknowledgments and jurats, the notary needs to confirm your identity and, for a jurat, watch you sign.

Privacy

We handle uploaded documents with care and use them only for your appointment. For sensitive matters, ask about our confidential concierge service. We'll sign an NDA when needed.

Send Finished Documents

Printing is a convenience. Make sure the document is finished and correct before you send it, except for the parts that must be signed in front of the notary.

Great for Visitors and Busy Offices

If you're staying at an Airbnb or hotel, there's no need to hunt for a business center. Just upload from your phone. Offices sending documents for a client or remote employee can upload on that person's behalf and include the signer's contact details, so we can confirm the appointment directly with them.

Serving Southern Maine

We bring printed documents to clients in Yarmouth, Freeport, Falmouth, Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, York, Kittery, and beyond.
